Jay M. Slater, D.M.D.
My wife and I are both from the Aloha area and are excited to be home! After graduating from Aloha High School, I served in the US Marines and then went on to work in the Information Technology sector. When the Dot Com bubble burst, I completed my education at the University of Oregon. After which I completed my dental education at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, Arizona. I’ve practiced in both private and corporate dental offices.
My goals in dentistry have always been: dedication to patient care, disease prevention, and continual self-improvement. I look forward to serving you and your family!
Hobbies / Family
My wife and I have been married for over ten years and we have three very energetic children, who are excited to live closer to their grandparents and many cousins. When not in the office, you’ll find me working on house projects, cheering on my Oregon Ducks football team, or outside cooking on my Traeger BBQ.

David E. Nevills, D.M.D.
When Dr. Nevills opened his dental practice in 1983, his vision was to provide families and individuals with the highest possible quality of personal, professional care. By carrying out this vision every day, he and his staff have earned the trust of the many patients they serve. With his characteristic concern for the whole person, he has built long term relationships with his peers, his patients and their families.
He is committed to giving back to the community through donated dental services, and continues to partner with Western Farm Workers Association in providing dental care for farm workers and their families. He participates in various community service projects, church activities and social events, and has traveled overseas with mission groups to China, Korea, and Ethiopia.
Hobbies / Family
Dr. Nevills and his wife, Jean, have four grown children. He enjoys community theater, the Hillsboro Hops, Trail Blazers basketball and Seahawks football, and over the years has coached many youth baseball and basketball teams. Disneyland has always been one of his favorite places, but hiking, fishing, gardening, and gathering friends and family for conversation and backyard fun keeps him young.
Dr. David Nevills is a graduate of the School of Dentistry at Oregon Health Science University. He participates in various regional quality control initiatives, and belongs to the Oregon Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the National Foundation of Dentistry for the Handicapped.
